The Learning Academies Trust is a Multi Academy Trust with 8 fantastic Primary Schools across Plymouth. Following our recent growth, we are looking for an Estates Manager to join our central team to ensure our school sites and buildings are managed to the highest standard.
You will need to have experience working as an Estates or Facilities Manager, within an educational setting would be advantageous. Responsible for our 8 school sites across Plymouth, a deep understanding of health and safety legislation, regulations, project management and maintenance is essential.
You would be responsible for large revenue and capital budgets, reporting on both spend and project progress to the Finance Committee & Chief Finance Officer. You will need to have experience in managing and developing teams, an eye for detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
