Anna Mills is senior deputy headteacher at Isca Academy in Exeter with responsibility for the Quality of Education. Isca Academy is part of the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust.

In her previous role at All Saints Church of England Academy, she served as Deputy Headteacher, Director of Standards. Whilst in this role, Anna was instrumental in raising the standards of teaching and learning across the school and helping to lead the school out of Special Measures in 2018.

Anna has also held senior positions at Lipson Co-operative Academy and Tavistock College. Anna is also a Specialist Leader in Education in the field of Modern Foreign Languages and has been responsible for raising standards and outcomes in several modern language departments across Devon.

Anna holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of Plymouth and a combined bachelor’s degree in French and Spanish from the University of Southampton.
