Bridget is the Headteacher of Mount Street Primary School, a city centre setting and school of sanctuary serving a diverse community.

Having started her teaching career over thirty years ago, Bridget has taught across the primary age range and was also seconded for a year to teach in KS3. During her career she has held a number of leadership roles including leading the NOF IT training programme in Cornwall, lead Literacy teacher, Advanced Skills Teacher, Deputy Head, Head of School, Acting Head and Headteacher.

Bridget completed a Masters degree in Education, researching pupil voice which she is a keen advocate for.
