Lucy is currently the Acting Headteacher at Prince Rock. She has been at the school for 18 years – most recently as the Deputy Head – and is really pleased to be stepping into the Headteacher role for this year.

Lucy started her teaching career in Kent and onto Southampton. She moved to the South West in 2005 and worked across several Plymouth schools before being appointed at Prince Rock. She is an EYFS and KS1 specialist and worked as a phonics lead across the city as part of PTSA work. Lucy is also the LAT curriculum lead and has worked with many schools within the trust to deliver CPD and training.

Lucy is committed to providing all children in her care with the best possible start to their education and really values working as part of a wider community within LAT and across the city.
