Duncan has 25 years post graduate experience working on Building Refurbishment/Specification Projects and Condition Appraisals and forward planning.

A qualified Civil Engineer and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Duncan has led numerous projects ranging from minor improvement works to whole school construction for both individual clients as well as Local Authorities.

Duncan has worked both with and as a Consultant to secure and manage Millions of pounds of funding for Schools Trusts from both Central and Local Governments as well as other Stakeholders.

Duncan has extensive knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance issues as well as taking the direct lead with respect to Covid-19 within the Trust and ensures sharing of knowledge to support and provide reassurance to Staff, Parents and Pupils within Learning Academies Trust.
