Jass has been in primary education for 25 years, working in a number of local authorities -Bromley, Gloucestershire, Calderdale, Plymouth and Kirklees, as well as time spent as a senior leader in the independent sector. Having been identified early in her career to lead cross-school collaborative ventures, Jass is a successful, committed, system leader. She has advised on a national steering committee for Curriculum Development and has worked with several leading-edge schools to develop Business and Enterprise, speaking at national conferences. Jass now works in school improvement and has worked with various schools across Plymouth and the South West, successfully driving school improvement. Having re-located back to her home county of Yorkshire, Jass is currently Academy Improvement Officer for a successful local MAT.
