Cheryl is the headteacher of Victoria Road Primary School in St Budeaux. She has recently moved from a different school in the Trust – Prince Rock Primary – which she joined Deputy Head in 2007 and then became the Headteacher in 2017. She is excited to be starting a new journey at Victoria Road.

Cheryl started her teaching career in Leeds, after completing her teacher training. She moved to Plymouth where she received a Masters Degree in Education. Cheryl became a Music Advanced Skills teacher and supported other primary schools in Plymouth with their music teaching. Cheryl has also supported other schools with teaching and learning and CPD. She is passionate about making a difference to the lives of the children in her care.
