Debbie joined the LAT Trust Board on the 1st August 2023, following an organisational merger. Debbie is a highly experienced senior leader with an extensive track record of leadership across the NHS and wider public sector. With a career spanning over 35 years, she has held a range of senior non-executive role including Chair and Vice Chair positions, within Further Education and Primary and Secondary Education.
