Cameron is a Director of Education for the Learning Academies Trust, where he oversees Performance and Outcomes across the trust’s schools. In this role, he provides strategic leadership around assessment, attendance and safeguarding to ensure high-quality education, continuous school improvement, and strong outcomes for all pupils.

Alongside his work in the trust, Cameron is also an Ofsted inspector, contributing to the evaluation and improvement of schools across the southwest of England.

Previously, Cameron was an Executive Headteacher and Headteacher within the Learning Academies Trust. During this time, he was instrumental in raising standards and driving rapid improvements, with a relentless focus on improving life chances for children in some of the most disadvantaged communities.
